Terms & Conditions – BLAKEAWAY

General conditions

Our new menu is live every Wednesday at 9am. Once you are signed up you will automatically receive an email each week with our new menu.

BLAKEAWAY deliveries are grouped based your postcode:

CENTRAL, INNER SOUTH, INNER EAST/SOUTH EASTERN SUBURBS: Monday, Wednesday & Friday

NORTH & WEST: Monday & Thursday
EAST & SOUTH EAST: Tuesday & Friday
BAYSIDE & KINGSTON: Tuesday & Saturday
FRANKSTON: Saturday
MORNINGTON PENINSULA: Thursday & Saturday
GEELONG & BELLARINE PENINSULA: Friday following week (order cut off 3pm Tuesday prior)

 

Meal orders

Our menu closes at 8pm on a Tuesday night with new menus released at 9am the following day. Order close at 3pm the day to prior to the next delivery window, based on the time you place your order the available windows will be visible for selection. Pick-up orders received by 3pm will be available the following day. You will receive an SMS advising you your order is ready.

For pick-ups, there is no minimum order. For deliveries, the minimum order is $50

Delivery fees start from $10. This will calculate at checkout. Free delivery is applied to orders over $200.

For dietary requirements, each menu items has information in the descriptions and also a full ingredient list so you can see what each dish contains.

Cancellation

Once an order has been made; cancelations need to be made through ‘my orders’ in the customer profile online. The option to cancel an order will become unavailable within 48hrs of your pick up/delivery time. Should you need to cancel your order within  48hours of delivery please email info@blakesfeast.com.au or call us on (03) 9885 2777.

Refund policy

Should you have an issue with your food item either email info@blakesfeast.com.au or call us on (03) 9885 2777 and we will endeavour to fix the issue.
